Do I need a gym?

No. Programs are built for gym, home with minimal equipment, or no equipment at all — and the engine can swap movements to match whatever you have access to that day.

I’m a complete beginner. Is this for me?

Especially you. Every movement has a demo video, plain-language cues, and an easier version. The plan starts where you are and progresses at your pace — that’s the whole point of the engine.
